Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 can beef broth soup
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper. Line the bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cabbage. Spread rice on cabbage.
    Add meat and onion mixture.
    Pour soup over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
