Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 level Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cook in saucepan, stirring continuously until smooth and thick.
    Pour into 2 baked pie shells.
    Cover with frosting made from the 4 egg whites.
    Beat until they stand in peaks
    by adding pinch of salt.
    Then add 8 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
    Spread over pies.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 and brown pies lightly.
