Manicotti(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti tubes, don't cook these
    1 lb. bag shredded nonfat Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. nonfat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    Italian seasonings to taste
    nonfat tomato sauce
    water
Preparation
    Mix all of the cheeses, parsley, salt, pepper and seasonings in a bowl.
    Take this mixture and put in uncooked manicotti with a teaspoon until tube is full.
    Lay filled manicotti in baking dish and pour tomato sauce over the top.
    Add water to come just to the top of the manicotti.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
