Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground zucchini (3 or 4 small)
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. each: thyme, basil, marjoram and salt
1 c. milk
butter
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook zucchini and chicken broth until done. Put in blender with seasonings. Blend well. This can be frozen or served at once. When ready to serve, add milk, butter and salt to taste. This is especially good and is a good way to use zucchini.
