Apricot Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can chopped apricots
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain apricots and pineapple, separately.
    Reserve 1 cup apricot syrup and 1 cup pineapple syrup.
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
    Stir in reserved apricot syrup; chill until partially thickened.
    Stir in apricots, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until firm.
    Combine sugar, flour, egg and butter; stir in reserved pineapple syrup; cook over low heat until thickened. Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spread over Jell-O mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
