Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 c. chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 Tbsp. Kahlua or vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
8 oz. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
For crust, mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into pan. In large mixer bowl, blend sugar and eggs until light and thick. Gradually add cream cheese.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in melted chocolate, Kahlua and cocoa.
Mix in sour cream.
Fold in melted butter, then add mini chocolate chips; pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours; let cool, then refrigerate.
Remove outer rim of pan to serve.
Baking time can vary depending on oven.
