Veg-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

In large casserole dish, alternate layers of raw beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onion.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Dilute tomato soup with water and pour over casserole.
Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
