Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine corn (fresh corn cut from cob is best, but canned corn will do fine) in bowl with beaten eggs. Sift in dry ingredients and beat slightly until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot, well-greased skillet, turning each fritter to brown well on each side.
