Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients thoroughly with pastry blender until coarse crumb consistency.
Take out 1 cup; reserve for topping.
To remaining mixture, add the eggs and milk.
After blending, fold in the blueberries, which have been dusted with sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat.
Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans; sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
