Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent dinner rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch style dry dressing mix
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    carrots
    green pepper
    onion
Preparation
    Flatten crescent roll dough in a pizza pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix together cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise; spread on crust.
    Sprinkle on about 1 package of Ranch style dry dressing.
    Chop fine whatever vegetables you like, such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers or onion.
    Press onto cream cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into slices and serve.
