Ingredients

1/2 C sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 C water
1/4 C light corn syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
2 C washed blueberries
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add water, corn syrup and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Stir in blueberries.
Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil and is thickened. Yields about 1 3/4 cup.
