Three Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vinegar and chicken, in a saucepan.
    Heat until sugar and salt is dissolved.
    Cool; add vinegar and process in the blender.
    Spread over chicken in a pan or bowl, coating well.
    Marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator before grilling.
    Remove chicken, drain back into bowl.
    Grill 40 to 50 minutes.
    Baste with reserved marinade another 20 minutes until done.
