Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can refried beans (30 oz.)
1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
6 oz. shredded cheese
2 c. tortilla chips, slightly broken
Preparation

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add chili powder, salt and oregano. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Remove from heat.
Spoon half of the beef mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with half the cheese (save 1/2 cup for topping).
Top with half of the tortilla chips.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with saved cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture is bubbly.
