Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pork chops, trimmed
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. raw apples, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    milk
    bread crumbs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Chops must be thick.
    Cut pockets lengthwise through center to bone for the stuffing.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stuff with sweet potatoes, apples, salt, pepper and egg.
    Fasten the edges with toothpicks.
    Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs. Bake in a greased pan for 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 350\u00b0.
