Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1/2 c. tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel avocados and mash well.
    Add sour cream, tomato, onion, garlic salt and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Garnish with sprinkles of paprika.
