Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) oleo
1 c. water
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour 15 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
Sift together and set aside the first 3 ingredients.
Combine and heat to boiling in 2-quart pot, stirring, the next 3 ingredients, then add to pot, flour mixture and beat with mixer until well blended.
Add last 3 ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
Frost cake while still warm.
