Broccoli-Nut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. chopped peanuts or cashews
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped, or 1 1/2 tsp. dehydrated
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/3 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Combine broccoli with the soup, mayonnaise and nuts.
    Add the eggs and onion and blend well.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top.
    Melt the butter or margarine and toss with the bread crumbs.
    Scatter over top of cheese.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
