Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/3 to 1/4 lb. sliced bacon
Preparation
    Wash beans and soak overnight in cold water.
    In the morning, drain and add 2 quarts fresh water.
    Cook until almost tender. Drain.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Place strips of bacon over beans.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Leave, uncovered, the last 20 minutes.
