2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. unsalted nuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Press 1/2 ice cream into crust.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and syrup.
Spread over ice cream. Top with remaining ice cream.
Sprinkle on nuts and freeze.
