Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 fresh peaches, skins removed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Crush 3 peaches and add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Cook until the mixture is thick and clear.
    Slice the remaining peaches into a baked pie shell.
    Pour the cooled mixture over the sliced peaches and chill.
    Serve with whipped cream topping.
