Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans whole corn (with juice)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can whole milk
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 stick butter
6 sticks celery, cooked and cut up
6 large potatoes, cooked and cut up
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pot, fry bacon until brown.
Remove fat from pan. Add corn, milk, celery seed and butter.
Drain potatoes and celery and add to pan.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat until butter melts.
Do not boil.
Better next day.
Serves 8.
