Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Blend flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
Mix together vinegar, egg and water.
Add to flour mixture.
Makes 2 double and 1 single pie crusts.
