Banana Crush Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
    6 ripe bananas
    2 large bottles 7-Up or ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in hot water.
    Let cool in a blender.
    Mix juices and bananas.
    Blend well.
    Stir in sugar-water.
    Freeze and serve with 7-Up or ginger ale.
