Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/3 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions on box.
    Put 1/2 of batter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 250\u00b0.
    Melt caramels, margarine and milk in a pan.
    Pour over cake.
    Add chocolate chips and nuts. Add rest of batter on top of this.
    Turn oven up to 350\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes.
