Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. granular yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. warm milk
    2/3 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    10 to 11 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in sugar and water mixture.
    Add warm milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add flour to make soft dough. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Grease top and cover.
    Let rise double in bulk.
    Cut into rolls.
    Let rise until when finger is punched in dough it leaves an imprint. Bake rolls at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
