Peach Raisin Deep Dish Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    dash of salt
    2 (20 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Roll out 2/3 of dough on lightly floured surface to fit 10 x 6-inch baking dish or any size you prefer.
