Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless roast (your choice of cut)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    Season roast
    with
    salt,
    pepper
    and\tgarlic\tsalt to taste. Line
    a
    baking
    pan
    with foil, allowing enough extra foil to form
    a
    pouch around the roast.
    Place roast in foil-lined pan. Mix soup and soup mix.
    Spread mixture over roast. Seal foil around
    roast
    tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    The soup mixture makes a delicious gravy to serve over rice.
