Coffee Carnival - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. strong coffee
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Add tapioca and salt to
    coffee
    in double boiler.
    Cook 15 minutes or until tapioca is clear, stirring frequently.
    Add sugar, chill.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold
    in
    whipped cream.
    Serve in sherbet glasses.
