Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. crabmeat
2 hard-cooked eggs, minced
6 crab shells
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth, then add all the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and put into crab shells.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a hot 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
