Frozen Peanut Butter Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
    3/4 c. cold milk
    1/2 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
    6 graham crackers, broken in half to be squares
Preparation
    Put peanut butter into mixing bowl.
    Slowly add milk while mixing at low speed with electric mixer.
    Add the half box of pudding mix.
    Beat at low speed for 2 minutes.
    Let the mixture set up for 5 minutes.
    Spread filling 1/2-inch thick on graham cracker squares and cover with a second square.
    Freeze until firm, approximately 3 hours.
    It can also be used with gingersnap cookies to make the sandwiches.
