Souper Meat 'N Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mashed taters
    1/4 c. cheese
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/2 of soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning.
    Press in 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Frost with potatoes and top with remaining soup and cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes or more.
