Pecan Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 egg white, beaten until stiff
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Spread peanut butter between 2 Wheat Thin crackers, forming a sandwich.
Roll these in melted chocolate bark and let dry on waxed paper.
Store in covered container.
