Rice And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. canned tomato juice
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put the rice into greased casserole dish.
    Saute green pepper and onion in fat until browned.
    Add catsup, tomato juice and seasoning, mix well.
    Pour over rice and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
