Vegen Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 green onions
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 c. cilantro
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    3 garlic cloves
    2 summer squash
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Dice onions, garlic and green onion.
    Slice bell pepper, tomatoes and summer squash.
    Saute in skillet, adding cumin, salt, pepper, tomatoes and cilantro in last.
    Saute for 15 minutes. Serve in flour or corn tortillas with sour cream and hot sauce.
