Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 onion
    6 small squash
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1 (15 oz.) can corn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; slice squash thin and add it with corn. Cover and steam until squash is tender; add cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish; top with crushed Fritos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and brown.
