*Pastichio 1(Macaroni And Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. long elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 lb. American cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    phyllo sheets (for top and bottom)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni.
    Saute onion in some butter.
    Add hamburg, salt and pepper.
    Cook until done.
    Butter 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Line the roasting pan with 4 sheets of phyllo, buttering each sheet.
    Add 1/3 of the macaroni, 1/3 of the hamburg and a layer of cheese. Continue the layers, ending with the macaroni.
