Succotash(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    10 oz. pkg. whole corn kernels
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked according to directions
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix Butter Buds into the skim milk and set aside.
    Heat the oil over low heat in heavy saucepan and saute onion until soft. Add corn, salt and milk mixture and simmer 3 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
    Add lima beans.
    Cover and simmer gently until beans are heated through, about 3 minutes.
