Chicken Enchiladas Or Enchiladas De Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. 10-inch flour tortillas
    1 1/2 carton whipping cream
    3 chicken breasts (boneless)
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut into thin slices
    4 oz. sliced green chilies
    1/2 onion, chopped or diced
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Boil or saute 3 chicken breasts (cut into chunks); saute onion. Drain extra butter from chicken and onions.
    Lay tortillas out flat.
    Place chicken, onion, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese and chilies, making sure you have enough for 12 tortillas.
    Place tortillas in a pan; cover them with Monterey Jack cheese.
    Pour cream over all tortillas.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
