Venison-Veggi Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 venison steaks
    4 carrots
    4 potatoes
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    2 green peppers
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Dice vegetables and mix together.
    Season with tarragon.
    Lay each steak on a square of heavy aluminum foil.
    Place a heaping spoonful of vegetables on top of each steak.
    Seal foil around steak and vegetables.
    Cook over hot coals for approximately 1 hour.
