Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. non-instant dry milk powder
    1/4 c. plain yogurt (room temperature)
Preparation
    Scald milk (do not boil), then let cool until it is very warm, but not hot.
    Stir in milk powder.
    Gently stir in yogurt.
    Place in a very warm area, covered with a loose lid, and allow to rest for 3 to 5 hours undisturbed.
    Yogurt mixture will thicken.
    Store well covered in refrigerator.
