Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 large onion, cut in wedges
1 green pepper, cut in squares
4 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained, reserve juice
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 large tomato, cut in chunks (optional)
salt or soy sauce to taste
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Cut chicken in 1-inch squares.
Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons hot oil in large skillet, stirring until tender-crisp; remove to dish and set aside.
In same skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil until hot.
Add chicken and stir-fry over high heat until chicken cooks through, 5 to 7 minutes.
