Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes, sliced
3 c. water
3 ribs celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except milk, in medium size saucepan. Bring to boil, lower heat and cover. Cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and mash until very fine. Stir in milk and return to stove until hot. (Do not boil.) Makes 6 servings.
