Peanut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 onion, diced
dash of celery salt
1 stem celery, sliced
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion and celery. Saute until soft but not brown. Add flour and salt and mix until well blended. Add broth and cook, stirring, until thickened. Continue cooking, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Return to heat; add peanut butter, celery salt and lemon juice and heat to serving temperature. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
