Golden Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
milk
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Slice off top of potatoes. Spoon out potato being careful to keep shells whole.
Combine potato, butter, salt and garlic salt.
Mash, adding enough milk to make fluffy.
Fold in cream cheese, onion, parsley and spoon potato mixture back into potato shells.
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Dust with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight. Put into 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Serve.
