Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. cabbage
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 eggs, scrambled
    4 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce + powdered ginger
    1 small can shrimp
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Divide drippings in thirds.
    Cook eggs in first drippings; take out of pan.
    Add second drippings and cook vegetables.
    Remove; add third drippings and stir-fry rice.
    Add eggs and vegetables to rice.
    Add seasoning.
