Broccoli, Rice, Cheese And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c water
    2 c uncooked instant rice
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    4 stalks celery, chopped small
    1/4 c butter
    1 c milk
    16 oz frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb processed cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
    Mix in the instant rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until onion is beginning to be transparent.
    Do not brown.
    Add frozen broccoli.
    Cook for a few minutes (until broccoli is not frozen).
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Heat until it begins to simmer.
    Add cheese to hot mixture.
    In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix the prepared rice, cream of chicken soup, butter, milk, broccoli, onion and cheese.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and top is lightly brown.
