Mexican Or Seven-Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 soft medium avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped green onion
    2 cans black olives, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans bean dip
    3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped (2 c.)
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pit and mash avocados.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Spread bean dip in bottom of 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
    Spread avocado mixture. Spread sour cream mixture.
    Spread green onion on top.
    Sprinkle with tomatoes and black olives.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    May be made the day before.
    If fresh avocados are not available, you may substitute an avocado dip.
