Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. margarine, cut in pieces
    3 c. cornbread or chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    shredded lettuce, cheese, olives, chopped tomatoes and tortilla chips (garnishes)
Preparation
    Mix water and margarine in large bowl until margarine is melted.
    Stir in stuffing or cornbread just to moisten; set aside. Brown meat; stir in chili powder, beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Spray dish with Pam.
    Pour into a 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Spoon stuffing evenly over top.
    Bake 25 minutes until heated through. Garnish as desired.
