Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
1/2 stick melted margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or yogurt
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
