Crunchy Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oats, uncooked
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/3 c. chopped dates
1/3 c. melted corn oil margarine
1/3 c. wheat germ or chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine and mix well.
Brown in heavy skillet over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
Spread out on cookie sheet to cool. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
